Trust, Privacy & Security
This page is maintained by CBellPhotos, LLC to answer common security and privacy questions about the Photographers Business Circle. It describes current practices and enabled controls — it is editable content, not an independent certification or audit.
Accounts & access
Member accounts are protected by email + password sign-in. Each member can only access their own account data. Administrative areas are restricted to assigned staff using a separate role check on every request.
Hosting & platform
The site, database, and authentication are hosted on Lovable Cloud. Data in transit is protected with HTTPS. Access to member data is enforced by row-level security policies so members only see rows they are permitted to read.
What we collect
We collect the information you provide when you join (such as name, email, studio details, website, city, and specialty) and content you submit inside the member area (chat messages, notes, directory listing fields). We use this information to operate the Circle, contact you about your membership, and — once approved — display the public photographer listing you opt into.
Subprocessors
We rely on Lovable Cloud for hosting, database, and authentication. The site itself is operated at www.PhotographersBusinessCircle.com by CBellPhotos, LLC. We do not sell member data.
Retention & deletion
You will receive an email notification prior to your renewal date. If you cancel or request deletion, your account and associated member data are removed within 30 days of the request. Anonymized or aggregated records that cannot be linked back to you may be retained.
Privacy requests
To access, correct, export, or delete your data, email Christy@Christybell.com from the address on your account. We aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe and complete deletions within 30 days.

Shared responsibility
CBellPhotos, LLC is responsible for how the Circle is configured and operated. The underlying platform features are provided by Lovable Cloud. Members are responsible for keeping their account credentials private and for the content they post inside the member area.
